What is GoldRider?
GoldRider is a program that trades gold (XAUUSD) on MetaTrader 5. It opens trades based on a breakout of the Asian session's price range and closes the position at end of day if it's in profit. It can be used either fully automatically (Full) or as notifications only (Signal).
What's the difference between the Full and Signal packages?
The Full package automatically opens and closes trades on your MT5 account. The Signal package doesn't open trades — it just notifies you via Telegram whenever a BUY/SELL signal occurs, and you open the trade yourself. The Signal package is cheaper and doesn't require device/HWID tracking.
How do I sign up?
Click "Sign Up" in the top right and enter your email, a password, and your Telegram ID. Then pick the package that suits you on the "Packages" page and pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept automatic payment via crypto (BTC/USDT). The moment your payment is confirmed, your membership activates instantly — no waiting needed.
I paid but my membership isn't active yet, what should I do?
Crypto payments can take a few minutes since they wait for blockchain confirmations. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, contact us via the "Support" tab and we'll check your payment record.
How do I download the program?
If you have an active membership, you can download it as a single file (.exe) from the "Program Download" card on your Dashboard. Source code isn't shared — only the runnable file.
Where do I find my license key?
You'll find it in the confirmation email sent after purchase, and on the "Program Download" card on your Dashboard. Just paste it into the activation screen the first time you run the program.
Can I use the program on more than one computer?
No, each license key is locked to a single computer. If you switch computers, use the "Reset Device" button on your Dashboard to move your license to the new one.
Which brokers do you recommend?
It works with any forex/CFD broker that supports MetaTrader 5. We specifically recommend IC Markets — you can open a free account via the "How to Use" page.
Does MetaTrader 5 need to stay open all the time?
Yes, your MetaTrader 5 terminal needs to be open and logged into your account while the program runs. If you shut down your computer, the program stops too — we recommend a VPS that's online 24/7 for uninterrupted operation.
What happens if my internet connection drops?
The program won't open new trades until it reconnects, but any already-open positions remain protected by the broker (via SL/TP) — the program being offline doesn't affect an open position.
Do backtest results guarantee real profit?
No. A backtest is a simulation of the strategy on historical data, not a guarantee of future results. Live trading may differ due to spread/slippage.
How do I receive Telegram notifications?
They're sent automatically to the Telegram ID you entered when signing up. If you don't know your Telegram ID, message @userinfobot on Telegram to find it.
Is my money/account safe — does the program have full access to my account?
The program can only open/close trades through MT5's own API — it never has withdrawal/deposit permissions, since the MT5 API doesn't support those actions at all. Your crypto payments also go directly over the blockchain — we never collect card/bank details.
Can I cancel my membership or get a refund?
Memberships are purchased for a fixed period and don't auto-renew — once it expires, you can purchase again if you want. Due to the nature of crypto payments, we cannot offer refunds, so we recommend reviewing the strategy with the free backtest before purchasing.
Who do I contact if I run into an issue?
You can message us directly from the "Support" tab in your dashboard, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
What is the affiliate/referral program?
By sharing your personal referral link (found on your Dashboard), you earn a commission from the purchases of people who sign up through it. You can track your earnings on your Dashboard.
When is SilverRider coming?
SilverRider (a strategy trading silver) is still in development and testing, not yet available for purchase. We'll announce it on our website and Telegram once it's ready.
